Terms & conditions

1. About us
Snapaclick is operated by Sabtech Limited (company number 10407489, VAT GB326392008) (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these terms. Contact: info@snapaclick.com.
2. The service
You take or upload a photograph. We frame it to the specification for the document you select, check it, set the required background colour, and make it available as prints collected from our kiosk with a 6-digit code and/or as a digital file, depending on the package you choose.
3. Your responsibilities
- You are the person in the photograph, or their parent/legal guardian, or have their explicit consent.
- The photograph is a genuine, recent and unaltered image of the applicant.
- You choose the correct document type and provide accurate details.
- You will not use the service for fraudulent purposes or to create false identity documents.
4. Prices, packages and extras
Prices are shown before you pay, include VAT where applicable, and are charged in the currency you select (GBP, EUR, USD or CAD). Optional extras — such as an expert check or an extra print sheet — are only added if you choose them.
- Expert check: a trained specialist reviews your photo before it can be printed, usually within 30 minutes between 9am and 6pm. If it doesn’t meet the rules, we send you a free retake link and cancel the original print code.
- Promotional codes and vouchers apply as described when issued, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be single-use.
5. Payment
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds and we have emailed your confirmation.
6. Collecting prints
Your print code is valid for 72 hours and can be used once. Enter it at the kiosk shown in your confirmation to print 4 copies on a 6×4″ sheet (or more if you bought an extra sheet). For your privacy, the finished photo is deleted once printed or when the code expires. Your original photo is kept encrypted for 30 days after payment (see our privacy notice), so if the photo or a print needs a fix we can improve it and send you a link to approve or adjust it, then reprint it with a new code — with no new visit and nothing more to pay. If you can’t collect in time, contact us and we’ll help.
7. Free retake guarantee & refunds
- If the official application centre rejects your photo, contact us within 7 days of your order with your order reference and we’ll provide a free retake or a full refund.
- Please include evidence of the rejection where available.
- The guarantee doesn’t cover rejections caused by choosing the wrong document type, or by details we can’t control in your original photo (for example, an expression or head covering that the authority doesn’t accept).
8. Cancellation
Because your photo is produced to your own specification and the service starts immediately at your request, the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 ends once the service has been fully performed. This doesn’t affect your rights under section 7 or your statutory rights.
9. Your photograph
You keep all rights to your photograph. You give us a limited licence to process it solely to fulfil your order. See our privacy policy for how it is protected and deleted.
10. Acceptable use
- Don’t upload images of others without consent, malicious files, or anything unlawful.
- Don’t attempt to bypass security measures, guess print codes or interfere with the kiosks.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited. Otherwise, we are not liable for rejection of photos by government bodies, delays to visa or passport applications, or indirect losses, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
